Surface care is intended to improve cleanliness and presentation without representing ordinary cleaning as body repair or professional paint correction.
What affects the result.
Paint condition
Clear-coat health, previous polishing, repainting, chips, swirls, and etching affect appearance.
Glass condition
Water spots and film may improve, while scratches, chips, cracks, and permanent etching require separate attention.
Trim condition
Faded, cracked, chalky, or damaged trim cannot be restored simply by cleaning.
Protection products
Wax, sealant, ceramic coatings, or other protection should only be advertised when actually offered and identified.
Vehicle condition matters
Existing scratches, chips, etching, corrosion, failing clear coat, dye transfer, tears, fading, loose trim, damaged screens, worn fabrics, and previous repair work can limit what cleaning alone can achieve.
