Cleaning has boundaries.
Some conditions are defects, damage, contamination, or wear rather than ordinary removable dirt.
Scratches, chips, and paint damage
Ordinary washing cannot repair missing paint, deep scratches, dents, clear-coat failure, corrosion, or previous body-repair defects.
Stains and odors
Some contamination permanently changes fabric, carpet, leather, plastics, foam, or other materials. Odors can also originate from HVAC systems, moisture, spills below carpet, smoke, or hidden contamination.
Hazardous contamination
Biohazards, active mold, sewage, chemical contamination, needles, severe pest waste, or other hazardous conditions may require specialized remediation rather than ordinary vehicle cleaning.
Mechanical and safety problems
Warning lights, leaking fluids, tire damage, broken glass, electrical faults, seat-belt defects, and mechanical problems are not cleaning services.
